Danielle in customer service was exceptional, went above and beyond before and after the order and was really lovely to deal with! Unfortunately they couldn’t get me the contact lenses when they said they would be able to but I think there has been some issues with the supplier which has affected a lot of contact lens companies so that can be forgiven. They are more expensive than your average site but they did offer me a part refund to match another site I had initially ordered from when they didn’t arrive in time and also sent me an offer. Thank you for your help!
